PITU

Pitu was born in Martigues in 1994. Her artist name comes from a childhood nickname. She grew up in a creative environment, and her vivid, expressive paintings reflect the artistic vision she has nurtured since an early age. Pitu began creating from a very young age; her self-taught style draws inspiration from abstract art and neo-expressionism, forming a unique approach that positions her work as a notable part of the Art Brut movement.

Embracing an experimental, intuitive, and spontaneous process, Pitu doesn’t confine herself to a single medium. Instead, she blends acrylic, oil pastels, spray paint, and Indian ink to bring her artistic vision to life
